taking damage from leaves when on horse

When riding a horse through a forest, I expected to be able to go through the leaves without taking suffocation damage, as in previous versions

What actually happened is I took damage, and I was down to half health in a couple of seconds

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get on a horse with a saddle
2. Locate a regularly sized oak tree
3. Ride under the oak tree
4. Take suffocation damage from the leaves
