When opening a server on 14w05b it causes item frames to break and drop items

I just opened my snapshot testing server and all the item frames were broken

I thought my item frame lock would be there

But all the item frames were items on the ground

1. Place some item frames and put items in them
2. Log out and update to 14w05b.
3. Log back in and all the item frames will be lying on the ground
