stat.useItem only accounts for block actions.

When the Stat.useItem command is used in conjunction with a scoreboard it will only recognise block actions. When I have a scoreboard using Stat.useItem.373 it won't add to the score when I use that item, In this case drinking from a water bottle. However if I use the same scoreboard but with a block, for example Stone, This issue doesn't occur
