Minecraft Menu Not Working

The Minecraft launcher opened. I saw a new snapshot was there, so I used it. Minecraft opened and forgot some of my settings for the texture pack. So I went into the settings menu and I couldn't press any of the buttons. not even the done button! I had to use ALT-F4 to close the window!

I have no idea how to fix this. I can't find anything wrong in java or my computer so I came here only to fin none of the reports had what I needed!

If anyone knows how to fix this then HELP!
