world dissapiers make a new world with same name same generations as the worlds that disappeared

My world named "red" disappeared i made a new world named "red" i made it survival on accident it made same the world genreation as the old "red" but it was creative i do a command it said "you do not have permission to do this command"
i did a command in a command block from the old "red" it said "you must be opped in creative" piz fix this
