Tools and Armor Duplication

What I expected to happen was that when I was going to fix my almost broken pickaxe with another almost broken pickaxe to work just fine.

What actually happened was the pickaxe got fixed but the broken ones from the inventory grid didn't go away, so I could keep making a fixed pickaxe over and over again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put two of the same tool in your crafting grid in your inventory (Pressing E by default)
2. Then craft the item. You will see the items in the crafting grid won't disappear.
3. You can now endlessly duplicate armor/tools.
