witches killing them selves when your in spectator mode

Witches kill them selves when your in spectator mode when your spectating them.

1. Spawn a witch
2. Go into /gamemode spectator
3. Spectate the witch from the witch's point of view
4. Wait a couple of seconds
5. The witch will start throwing poison potions on it's self
