Item Frames Disappear when you look slightly to any direction

I was watching videos and playing Minecraft and I noticed that when your really close to a item frame and you can just slightly see it, and it disappears when you look away from it, it just pops away then when you look directly at it again it appears... I mean when you should be looking at where it is, but it just disappears.
