Broken/Missing Root Certficates

So just recently I got a virus. I managed to remove it. When I went to start up MineCraft again afterwards it came up with the attachement. Reinstalled Java , wiped mc and made sure my graphics drivers is up to date, Same thing keeps coming up. Whats the cause of the problem and is it still apart of my virus? Is happening with the launcher and not just with the version. I needed to include a version and Launcher wasnt acceptable.
