/kill @e Kills Nearby Spectators

Executing the command '/kill @e' will kill nearby spectators.

To reproduce:
1.) Execute /gamemode 3
2.) Execute /kill @e

Or:
1.) Create a command block system that executes '/kill @e' at certain intervals.
2.) Stand nearby while in spectator mode.
