Reappearing blocks

So I have a triple beacon and it spans across two chunks... And everytime I log out and then back in two lines of the beacon reappear if I remove them and I still have the blocks in my inventory and also when I change where the stone is around it like mine it and place stone bricks or iron blocks it just completely goes back to how the part of the beacon in that section was before I did anything!
