IDs are wrong in /give

It seems like if you use /give to get anything, then it says that it's ID 1 (pic 1), while it's actually another ID (pic 2). The message for /give shouldn't have the "(ID <id>)" as IDs were deprecated.
NOTE:
Also, I just noticed that instead of saying "Given [<block/item>] (ID 1) * to <username>", it says "Given [<block/item>] (ID 1) * <username> to" (pic 1).
