Can't get out of spectatormode if spectated player dies

A Player can't get out of the spectatormode if the player which you are spectating dies

What I expected to happen was getting out of the spectatormode after my friend died

What actually happened was, that the game glitched and even if i changed Gamemode nothing happened
Describe what happened here

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get in Spectator mode
2. get into the point of view from your friend
3. let him die
