Item frames and redstone torches

I was making a combination locks with Item frames and comparators

I accidentally placed a redstone torch and it overlapped a item frame

How to make!

1. Place a block and put a item frame onto it

2. Get a item frame and place on the block that the item frame MAKE SURE NOT TO PLACE IT ON THE ITEM FRAME BUT ONTO THE BLOCK
