Held items in spectator mode are visible in third-person.

Another what I believe is a bug while using the spectator mode:

What I expected to happen was:
I would be completely invisible, except for my head, which is translucent, as I am in spectator mode.

What happened was:
I could see the item I was holding in my hand before I switched to this gamemode.

Steps to reproduce:

• Hold an item in you hand while being in any gamemode
• Switch to spectator mode
• Toggle the third person view

Now I don't know if this is only visible to be, since the translucent head isn't visible to others either, I cannot test this.
