No blacksmiths huts but blacksmiths?

I was out and about looking for villages on my horse and I find one. I'm disappointed beacause there is no blacksmiths hut. I start farming the crops and I see a blacksmith. I am confused and look for blacksmith hut there isn't one.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a village in unloaded chunks
2. Look for a blacksmiths hut
3.If there isn't a blacksmiths hut look for a blacksmith
