Block Orientation in Item Frame

Blocks placed in item frame, appear in 3D, but the orientation in wrong, it appear rotated 90° in the left side. For exemple a fence is seen by the side and not by the front, and a chest or en furnace is turned too.

but everything is clear in the photo.
