Clouds render the rest of the sky through blocks

Then having a block above the clouds, the sky renders it as it is not there.

How to Recreate It:

1)Place any block above cloud limit and keep adding on
2)Look under the clouds where the blocks are.
3)Done, the sky is acting like there is no block there.
