Maps in itemframes don't show

When putting a map in an itemframe, the map won't show, just an enlarged version of an itemframe.

What I expected to happen was to see a map on the wall

What actually happened was that the map wasn't visible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a map
2. place an itemframe on a wall
3. place the map inside
