i have to hold down to drag stuff not just click on it!!!!

Ok, so I used to be able to just click on an item in my inventory and it would hover then I could drag it over(without hold down my mouse)to another space.
Now I have to click and HOLD down the right click button and its so annoying!!! It just started to.

please fix this
