Indent and position problem for item frames.

If you go from the version 14w04a and put down some item frames on a block, log out, and then log in to the world with 14w04b, the item frames will appear on the wrong side of the block, also indented, and then pop off. Sometimes, a block of any type that can be crafted by combining 9 ingots will change back into ingots. See video for run through.
