i try to trade with a villager and then the villager will have nothing to trade and then it will crash

What I expected to happen was...: was for me to trade with a villager
Describe what you thought should happen here. i would trade with villager

*What actually happened was...:*the villager would have nothing to trade and the game would crash
then the game crashed and when i got back in all my items in inventory and chest and furnaces were all gone and its only doing this on one of my worlds

Steps to Reproduce:
1. find villager with nothing to trade
2. ...then shortly after the game will crash
3. ...then when you get back in all your stuff will be gone
