Item Frame Data Structure Error

When attempting to use /testfor in a command block for an item frame, the location structure "TileZ" is not valid. I get the error "entity.ItemFrame.name did not match the required data structure" when running the command block or typing the code in chat. Without the "TileZ" parameter, the code runs and is able to find the item frame. This works in version 14w03b, but not in 14w04a or b. The first screenshot shows the code in 14w04b and the second shows the code running properly in 14w03b.

Steps to Reproduce:
Run a command block testing for an item frame using the TileX,TileY,and TileZ parameters.
