crash after Java update to 7u51

After updating java to 7u51, the game crashes at launcher with

A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x00007f5c409cabc5

Problematic frame:
C [i965_dri.so+0x2afbc5] __driDriverGetExtensions_i965+0x1b05

Failed to write core dump. Core dumps have been disabled. To enable core dumping, try "ulimit -c unlimited" before starting Java again

[Client thread/ERROR]: Couldn't initialize twitch stream

and then it spams "java.io.IOException: Stream closed"

I should also note that I tried using oracle's java 7 and 8 with no result. I attached the log file in case it can be useful.
