F3 cords X and Z both display one larger then real world cords.

F3 cords X and Z both display one larger then real world cords
I use setblock with the cords said in f3 and the cords in f3 are
-100 64 -100 but when i setblock the get the actual block i want (standing on)
i have to use -101 64 -101
