Redstone lighting bug

So I was doing some testing and I noticed that during the night(around 14000 ticks) the redstone is acting weird. Even if the blocks have a light level of 0 around it, if you put some redstone on it it'll go even darker. I noticed this happens for every block that isn't totally full. Maybe the acts as if a full block is on it...
