Standing on exact X.0 Z.0 coordinates prevents breaking/placing block in North West

If standing on a coordinate exactly x.0 z.0 (ex: 0.0 56 0.0), the bounding box appears to disappear for anything North-West (angle 90 to 180) of where you're standing. No blocks can be placed or broken in that area.

As long as the coordinates are slightly off from exactly .0 (ex: 0.00001 56 0.0), this does not occur.
