Items in item frames don't render on Fast graphics.

On fast graphics items do not show up in item frames.

What I expected to happen was...:
The items to render

What actually happened was...:
The items did not render

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on Fast Graphics
2. Place an Item Frame
3. Put an Item in the Frame
