Mobs are not burning on wooden slabs.

Zombies and Skeletons usually burn in the daylight. Mobs that usually burn in the daylight are not burning when standing on the lower half slab of any wood type. Top half slabs still produce burning effect. All five wooden slabs produe this effect.
