When you shoot a bow the arrow seems to drop. Then it teleports away

What I expected to happen was...:
Arrow shoots like it does from a bow regularly.

What actually happened was...:
When I shot the bow the arrow glitched like it had hit an invisible barrier right in front of me. Then it was gone and it was sitting in the ground where it should have been.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into creative mode
2. ...shoot a bow
