Render Bug. - Transperancy.

I have been working on an adventuremap, over the last year, and today I discovered, that the transperant blocks created by resourcepack, isn't working, as it's supposed to. Transperant blocks is rendering wierd. Let the picures attached explain:

The trasperancy works on thrown items, in minecarts and itemframes. In other words: Entitys is still working normal.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or it's meant to get rid of the "Easy mining" resourcepacks. I really hope it's a bug, and it will be fixed, as this bug would pretty much ruin the hole adventuremap
