/clone Has trouble Creating and deleting command blocks

Command blocks sometimes stay for 5-10 seconds AFTER they are destroyed with/clone (seemingly random when it happens)

Command Blocks sometimes dont appear if in the format /clone (AnyBlock)
/clone (CommandBlock) /clone (AnyBlock) if the timings are less then .5 seconds
