Can't start MC 1.7.4 anymore

Since MC updatet to 1.7.4 I cannot start the game anymore (I'm not 100% sure that the update is the reason but I think so).

Before I never had problems starting.

What I've tried so far:
Installing OpenJDK 7 - it has no effect

There's the crash report in the attachment. I hope someone can help.
