Minecarft won't lunch/boot after pressing "play" [Win8]

The ''minecraft luncher 1.3.8'' works fine but when i hit ''play'' its loaded the grean bar the the end ... then nothing heppen ... its wont open the minecraft game !! (the ''Development Console'' or the error text uploaded down)
