Default skin model from Resource Packs are messed up

What happened was when I opened my inventory, I saw that the player modle was messed up. (It was the same in 3rd person mode). When I switched back to the default textures, it was fine. This is without custom shins (uploading them). This was with a 16x16 resource pack.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch with an account without a custom skin or play in offline mode.
2. Use a Resource with a custom default skin.
3. Go into a single player world.
4. Go into 3rd person mode.
5. The player modle is messed up.
