Zombies take eggs & don't disappear

When the ckicken jokeys disappear it leave the chicken.
So quickly there's many chickens and eggs in the caves and the zombies take it.
The problem is that they don't desappear, accumulate (more than 300 on my server) and hugely slow down the game...
