Chest texture in Inventory Bar

In the hotbar, the chest texture appears to be glitched out. Does not occur in inventory screen. The top of the chest that would usually cover the chest is gone. This also applies to the Survival Inventory tab in creative mode.
(Also, my skin is glitched out. It is normally a sheep.
