Using Motion:[,0.5,] Freezes the game ticks

I used a command block and typed: /testfor @a[0,0,0,r=5]

{Motion:[,0.5,]}

All command blocks and redstone stopped working and I had to relog into the world. When I logged in, the command was set to the command before I changed it
