Shot Arrows Loose Name and Lore Data

I named an arrow and then shot it and expected, that when I picked it up I would find its name still there

but it had returned to just an generic Arrow. no name or lore.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Name an Arrow
2. Put it in your inventory with no other arrows to ensure it will be shot
3. Shoot it at a block
4. Retrieve it/Pick it up
5. Read the name
