Mob/Beacon Lag On Server

Descrpition: On my server i updated the hostile mobs were frozen, the text that told me that there were mobs near by when i try to sleep was at least 5 seconds after it used to, and the beacon that was literally 3 blocks from me took literally about 5 min to take effect and when i relogged the same exact thing happened. My server never had this problem untill i upgraded to the snapshot and didn't have much lag either until the upgrade to the snapshot.

What was expected: I expected it would be normal hostile mob activity, the beacon would take effect almost right away, and the text of the bed would appear right away.

What Happened: The hostile mobs in my mine were frozen, the beacon took a long time to take effect, and the text when i try to sleep took longer than usual.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on server.
2. Find mobs/sleep in bed/Go in beacon boundry
