Extreme lags near Villages

Multiplayer: In near of Villages Enderpearls, Chests, Redstone and other stuff like this, will lagg (for example the enderpearl will be launched 2 seconds after rightclick, bugs trough the air and glitches in the gruond and teleport you after a few additional seconds).
