Everything is delayed

Everything is delayed in the new snapshot (chests,hitting,breaking blocks, etc.)but yet my frams per second remain constant (60fps). Chests be opening late all most as if I had a bad internet connection even though I am playing in single player. It's nothing to do with my world or fps as my fps are normal, I await for a fix, thank you!
