Podzol id appear wrong

The "podzol" block, is a derivative of the dirt block but his id is wrong.
Usually the id of an item is from the smaller to the bigger number, like "5/0 - 5/1 - 5/2"
The dirt id is 3/0 ,but the podzol id is 3/2 and not 3/1, maybe it's wrong.
