Unable to connect to any server in Multiplayer. LAN or official servers.

What I expected to happen was...:
After loading servers, I would be able to join.

What actually happened was...:
The server was pinging for about 15 seconds, then said it failed to connect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Minecraft
2. Click on Multiplayer
3. Add a server, any server.
4. If you wait, it will say it can't connect. If you try to jump in, it says "Couldn't connect to server. java.net.ConnectException:Connection timed out: Can't connect to server:
