When I connect to the server, server is not loading map, or something else, server just load the notes.

Hello, everyone I have the problem, on 1.7.4 minecraft version, when i connecting to any minecraft server, the server is not loading, not load maps, plugins i just got the notes when I connect to the server, and then server is like freeze, but I can walk in the server, but after about 1 minute i gonna kicked out from server, and i got like that error(I upload the picture) My internet is good. And i can play other games online and is good. I tried to delete .minecraft folder is not help for me... Please help me. Sorry for my bad English
