Water can't reach Lava (World-Generator only)

Found this while checking new stone blocks.

Ways to reproduce:

1) Create new world (creative mode) with following seed: -4914239957509429997

2) Teleport to following position and don't move:

X=336
Y=27
Z=313

3) Wait some seconds, cause of the new awesome teleport performance (thanks Mojang ) the water need some seconds to come down to your position
