Adventure mode item frame crash

I broke an item frame with an item in it in adventure mode and the world now crashes on entry

What I expected to happen was...:
I wasn't sure what would happen, I would either break it or adventure mode would stop me.

What actually happened was...:
The item frame broke off and the game instantly crashed and now crashes on log in

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place an item frame on a wall and put an item in it
2. go into adventure mode
3. rapidly punch the item frame

The first crash report is the first one when I broke the frame, the second is when I tried to enter again
