Updating a door crashes the game

What I expected to happen was...:
Open a door (wooden and iron) using a button.

What actually happened was...:
I pressed the button and the game crashes, both server and client. Any possible way of updating a door crashes the game. The door did not open and the switch did not change.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place any type of door down.
2. Place a switch on a block adjacent to the door.
3. Activate the switch and the game crashes or freezes on server.

I have attached two files, the first one (16.19.27) is the client side crash. The second one (16.10.57) is the server side crash.
