When ever you are in a 1x1x3 hole and gravel or sand is put on top of you you are instantly teleported ontop of it. Same thing with sticky pistons attached to cobblestone about to "Squish" you.

When ever you are in a 1x1x3 hole and gravel or sand is put on top of you you are instantly teleported ontop of it. Same thing with sticky pistons attached to cobblestone about to "Squish" you.

What I expected to happen was...:
I get squished and suffocate

What actually happened was...:
I was teleported to the top

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dig 3 blocks down and fall into hole
2. Spawn 2 or 3 blocks of gravel
3. Place them ontop of you
