Client Crash in SMP when Items are used/picked up/Blocks Broken

I've attempted Various Servers, Main one being "HiveMC.EU" .. Upon entering a gamemode, say Hide+Seek - Once the player is given an Item, the Client Crashes.. I have attempted Vanilla Servers, Via Various people on Twitch and the MC Forums, all other servers have a similar issue- Once the player either Breaks a block, Attempts to pick up a block, or attempts to use a crafting bench or any other such openable space- the Client crashes.

I have uninstalled and Reinstalled Java.

I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled Minecraft.

I have verified my Graphics card is up to date.

I have attempted to reproduce this error on another computer and am unable to do so.. though, I am currently unable to play SMP whatsoever due to this error.
